Moving to other matters. Today I'll be giving you guys the ultimate guidelines to looking good๐๐ป๐๐ป at all times......impossible you say๐ .....well, I think not!
The thing about this steps is that they are easy to use and can be formed into habits (good habits)๐.
THESE ARE THE 10 WAYS TO LOOK GOOD....ALL DAY....EVERYDAY ๐

1️⃣....The first and most important step is your self esteem. Even with the most exprensive clothes and a perfectly winged eyeliner, depression can still be spotted, which is a green light for bullies(who are all around,by the way). So anytime you meet with people, exude confidence and people will tend to look up to you..and BOOM!.

2️⃣....Bathing once a day is not acceptable people...Bathing regularly will keep your skin clean and shiny...it also prevent awful skin diseases like eczema, plus it makes you feel fresh. So take two baths (or more) a day to keep that stench away.

3️⃣....Your hair should be kept shiny and should not look dry or flaky. So wash often. Like every two days or so and make sure to use anti-dandruff for those that have(don't worry,its not embarrassing.....well not until someone notices), so you can prevent that by keeping it clean, don't forget to condition when you wash and trim the tips when you start seeing split ends.

4️⃣....Nails are always cute when they look healthy.....now about those habits...DON'T CHEW YOUR NAILS....sure, some of you use it to calm down when stressed out but theres always another way. Get a stuffed animal or a stress ball to squeeze and let out frustrations....spare your nails. Keep your nails clean and trim them when they get too long, apply nail hardener to always give it that shiny look but change the hardener ever 10 days or so because it turns yellow after a while.

5️⃣....Change your undies regularly๐ ๐ ...... I can't imagine someone wearing the same one three days in a eww(I'm m not judging..but please....change your ways). Wash then regularly also for health reasons....I'm sure you don't want to get any sores down there๐ถ๐ถ, for one thing they are really painful and when the pain hits you in public dear, it hits you ๐๐๐....but seriously, to avoid that, keep your undies clean.
Some people say that it's safe to wear a bra for a week๐๐. I beg to differ, as you go out everyday and do your thing, you sweat...so if you wait to accumulate 7 days worth of sweat๐ฐ๐ฐ on you before you change then you are really not doing yourself any good, i think every 2-3 days ๐is safer....because washing everyday could wear the bra out. If you feel good on the inside, you do on the outside too.

6️⃣....EXERCISE.... I know this is the umpteenth time you've heard it...but its true...You like those toned mini abs ladies have but you're a couch potato...nah, you'll be stuck there a looooong time. I agree it's not easy, it never is but when you know what is at stake, you should be motivated. There are easy workouts, whether it's a 5-minute or 2hour work out you want JUST DO SOMETHING !!!.
My easy tip is that you should squeeze in a little workout in everything you do, whether it's carrying a baby (carry him/her a little higher and suspend them in the air) or it's walking the dog(try to race the dog), see its easy๐. Even dancing and Yoga are workouts (two of my favorite by the way).Have fun while doing it and working out in groups also helps with consistency.

7️⃣...EAT HEALTHY. Did you know that 70% of the effects on a toned, slim body is made in the kitchen๐ณ๐ณ. So your diet is key. There are so many different types of diets to try out but for those that aren't interested, just by cutting down on the junk food๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ and sugar๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ will help a lot.
Starving ๐๐is never the answer, you'll just hurt yourself and end up with an ulcer.

8️⃣....DON'T SKIP SLEEP. Get enough sleep so that you don't get touchy or cranky during the day and so you don't end up with eyebags.

9️⃣....An exposed body is not the key to looking great, people just see you as irresponsible and whorish while the others who think you look sexy half naked are probably bad company.Sure its okay to show a little skin but live by this principle "ANYTHING THAT YOU SHOW IS FOR TOUCHING" meaning that if you wear an off shoulder, you wont be offended if someone touches your shoulder, so when you decide to wear butt ripped jeans....well, lets just say you are attracting the wrong crowd. There is also a saying that goes..dress the way you want to be addressed...its as simple as that, if you want to be known as a fashionista and you dress like a stripper it's going to be a bit hard to get that point across.
